How does Titan Medical Center's weight-loss program work?
You request a consultation, a provider licensed in Florida reviews your information, and you meet on a live video visit. If treatment is medically appropriate, your provider issues a prescription that is filled by a licensed pharmacy and shipped to you.
Where is Titan Medical Center available?
Titan Medical Center provides services to patients located in Florida. We are not available in other states at this time.
When do I pay?
You are not charged to be evaluated. Payment happens later, and only for medication a provider has approved.
- 1) The online intake collects clinical information only. No payment is requested.
- 2) A licensed provider reviews your information and conducts a live video consultation.
- 3) A prescription is issued only if it is medically appropriate.
- 4) Payment for medication is collected at the point of pharmacy fulfillment.
- 5) There is no automated pathway from intake to fulfillment.
Do you offer a patient portal?
We do not offer a separate patient portal. You communicate with your provider via HIPAA-compliant secure messaging and follow-up video visits, and records are available on written request.
How is my identity verified?
The patient presents a valid government-issued photo ID during the live video consultation and the provider visually confirms identity on camera.
This follows Florida telehealth requirements (Fla. Stat. § 456.47).
How much weight will I lose?
Individual results vary, and no outcome is promised. Not everyone is a candidate; medication is prescribed only when it is medically appropriate, and it works best alongside changes to nutrition and activity.
Where is my medication prepared and shipped from?
Medications are dispensed by our partner pharmacy, Olympia Pharmacy, a 503A compounding pharmacy and 503B outsourcing facility (FDA-registered). Olympia Pharmacy is located at 4600 L B McLeod Rd, Orlando, Florida 32811. Your medication is compounded on a patient-specific (503A) basis, pursuant to your prescription.

How do I report a side effect?
Report suspected side effects to the FDA's MedWatch program at 1-800-FDA-1088 or fda.gov/medwatch.
You should also contact your provider promptly about any severe or persistent symptoms.
How do I cancel or request a refund?
