This Privacy Policy explains how Titan Medical Center LLC, doing business as Titan Medical Center, collects, uses, and protects your information. We handle health information in alignment with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and applicable Florida law. Information we collect

• Contact details you provide when you request a consultation, such as your name, email address, phone number, and state of residence. The public request form collects no medical information.
• Health information you provide during your clinical intake and consultations, such as your date of birth, sex, height and weight, medications, allergies, and medical history.
• Records of your consultations and the care your provider delivers.

How we use your information

We use your information to schedule your consultation, to evaluate whether treatment is appropriate, to deliver and coordinate your care, to arrange dispensing of any prescribed medication, and to communicate with you about your treatment. We do not sell your information.

Tracking and analytics

This website does not load third-party advertising pixels, analytics trackers, or session recorders. We do not use your browsing on this site to build a marketing profile of you.

Who we share it with

• Your licensed provider, who reviews your information and makes clinical decisions.
• The licensed pharmacy that prepares and ships any prescribed medication.
• Our payment processor, which handles payment for medication after treatment is approved. Payment processing does not require us to share your clinical health details.
• Service providers who support our operations under confidentiality and, where required, a Business Associate Agreement.

Record retention

We retain patient medical records for a minimum of seven (7) years from the date of last treatment, in compliance with applicable federal and state law. (Fla. Admin. Code r. 64B8-10.002)

Your rights

You may request access to the health information we hold about you, request corrections, and ask questions about how your information is used. See our HIPAA Notice for the full description of your rights.

Data security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information consistent with HIPAA requirements.
