From first questions to ongoing care.
Titan Medical Center is built around a real clinical relationship. Here is what happens at each step, including when payment fits into the process.
1. Request a consultation
Start with a short form that asks for your name, contact details, and state. It collects no medical information and requests no payment. It simply gives us what we need to schedule your visit.
2. Provider review
Once scheduled, you complete a secure clinical intake, and a provider licensed in Florida reviews your history to understand whether GLP-1 treatment may be appropriate for you.
All treatments require a valid prescription issued through a licensed telehealth evaluation. Not everyone is a candidate; medication is prescribed only when it is medically appropriate.
3. Live video consultation
You meet your provider on a synchronous live video visit. Your provider confirms your identity on camera, discusses your goals, and answers your questions.
4. A prescription, only when appropriate
If treatment is medically appropriate, your provider issues a prescription and reviews dosing, expectations, and safety with you. If it is not appropriate, your provider will tell you why.
5. Pharmacy fulfillment
Your prescription is sent to our partner compounding pharmacy, which prepares and ships your medication to your address of record. Payment for medication is collected at this point.

- 1) The online intake collects clinical information only. No payment is requested.
- 2) A licensed provider reviews your information and conducts a live video consultation.
- 3) A prescription is issued only if it is medically appropriate.
- 4) Payment for medication is collected at the point of pharmacy fulfillment.
- 5) There is no automated pathway from intake to fulfillment.

Your pharmacy
Medications are dispensed by our partner pharmacy, Olympia Pharmacy, a 503A compounding pharmacy and 503B outsourcing facility (FDA-registered). Olympia Pharmacy is located at 4600 L B McLeod Rd, Orlando, Florida 32811. Your medication is compounded on a patient-specific (503A) basis, pursuant to your prescription.
