Titan Medical Center LLC is a Florida limited liability company (Entity ID L12000125563) doing business as Titan Medical Center, formed October 2, 2012.

The service we provide

Titan Medical Center connects you with licensed providers and coordinates pharmacy fulfillment for a medically supervised weight-loss program. Clinical decisions, including whether to prescribe, are made independently by licensed providers based on their own medical judgment. The company does not override a provider's clinical decisions.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older and located in a state we serve to use our services. Services are available only to patients located in Florida.

Prescriptions

Any prescription is issued at the independent discretion of a licensed provider and only when medically appropriate. Prescriptions are for your personal use only and may not be resold, shared, transferred, or misused. Misuse of a prescription may be unlawful.

Payment

You are not charged to be evaluated. Payment is collected only for medication, at the point of pharmacy fulfillment, after a provider approves treatment. See our Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Titan Medical Center LLC and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. The site does not provide emergency care; if you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
