Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We ship only to patients located in Florida. Medication is sent to the address of record you provide to your provider during your evaluation. We are not able to ship to states we do not serve.
Who prepares and ships your medication
Medications are dispensed by our partner pharmacy, Olympia Pharmacy, a 503A compounding pharmacy and 503B outsourcing facility (FDA-registered). Olympia Pharmacy is located at 4600 L B McLeod Rd, Orlando, Florida 32811. Your medication is compounded on a patient-specific (503A) basis, pursuant to your prescription.
Handling and delivery
Your prescription is prepared only after a licensed provider issues it. Once prepared, the pharmacy ships your medication by a tracked carrier. Some medications are temperature- sensitive and are packaged with appropriate cold-chain materials when required; please refrigerate your medication as directed after it arrives. Delivery times vary by destination and by preparation time at the pharmacy.
If something is wrong with your order
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with compromised packaging, do not use the medication. Contact us promptly and we will work with the pharmacy to resolve it. See our Refund Policy for how returns of compounded medication are handled.
